## Review summary

Users praise the watch's battery life and hardware performance but consistently report severe app problems. Frequent crashes, connection failures, sync issues, and login server errors make the app unreliable. Notifications often fail, and the app consumes excessive device battery. These issues render the watch frustrating or unusable since it depends heavily on the app. While some basic functions work well when connected, the overall user experience is negatively impacted by poor app stability and limited features.

### Pros

- Battery life on the watch is great.
- The watch hardware itself is good and tracks movement well when working properly.
- The app communicates with the watch for basic functions.
- The app is easy to connect watches once server issues are resolved.
- Some users find the watch and app give relatively accurate heart rate and sleep tracking data.

### Cons

- The app frequently crashes or is unable to sync with the watch.
- Login issues are common, often showing 'Please check your network connection' despite stable internet.
- The app has persistent server exceptions and timed out errors making it unusable at times.
- Notifications cannot be enabled or are unreliable, preventing alerts on the watch.
- The app drains battery heavily even when not actively used and Bluetooth is off.
