2025-01-09	Harsh	Worst messaging app a university can make for communication between faculty and students. First of all, they have disabled messaging for students which means only faculty can send messages to students and not vice-versa. There is no point of communication from student end to faculty which handicaps half of this app's usefulness. Cherry on top, now it's been around 2 months and the app is not working for anyone....be it teacers or students. Such a great app by a university looting lakhs in fees.
2024-12-12	J E N D X	Very Bad, now I can't even log in always time showing network error. It's been 17 days waiting for to fix it but nothing happen. Even website also crash down why no one is checking on this mandatory app for students. it's giving tough time for us when we want to check the mgs of our faculty but it can't help due to poor service of the app.
2024-12-05	Sara	Not at all working. During exams time LPU doesn't work properly. With High speed network also it shows slow internet connection. And the groups disappear. We can't even logout and login into the app properly

The update is upto date. but this the worst app bug and it's been more than a year and yet they are just delaying or idk they can't do.. The human of lpu was far better than yours. Learn it from them. Students can create better than you.
2024-04-24	Nikhil	From previous 3 years still same the notification issue. it's disheartening to note that for the past three years, many users, including myself, have been facing the issue of inconsistent notifications. Despite this prolonged duration, the problem remains unresolved. It would be greatly appreciated if the development team could prioritize fixing this issue to enhance the usability and effectiveness of the app for all users.

It highlighted the importance of reliable communication tools for students, as timely information is crucial for academic success. I hope the university takes steps to improve the functionality and usability of this app in the future.
2023-02-02	Dhiraj Tiwari	1.We need to reload several times after opening the app to see the latest messages. 2.Notifications don't come. I have checked both the in app and phone app notifications settings, reset the notifications and permission settings and even reinstalling the app, still notifications don't come.
2022-12-08	Rahul Singh	I'm facing some bug issues in using this app, sometimes it don't show the groups and sometimes files show late, so please fix this and also I'm not getting any notifications even when notification is turned on.
2022-10-03	Harshit Sahuwalya	There is some bug.. Notifications are not active for Android 12 users... If we are in lower android version, notifications are working fine. On the latest Android If we keep active the app on recent apps then only notifications are comping. Fix this bug please so the we will not miss any improvement notification.
2021-10-04	Gautham Suresh	Application keeps crashing multiple times in one day. Notifications from chat messages fails to appear. Sometimes, application also crashes when you try to send multimedia files. Please fix these issues. Thank You.
