## Description

Atlas is a mobile application for real estate appraisers working in the field. It simplifies the process from arriving at the location, through collecting photo documentation, to submitting the report and estimate.<br><br>KEY FUNCTIONALITIES<br><br>• Overview of assigned cases — insight into upcoming orders, client contact information and property locations.<br>• On-site inspections with GPS verification — automatic recording of time, location and duration of the field visit.<br>• Photo documentation — geo-tagged photos, organized by property and category.<br>• Document upload — energy certificates, title deeds, contracts and other supporting documentation.<br>• Offline synchronization — work without an internet connection in the field; automatic synchronization when returning to coverage.<br>• Push notifications — timely information about new orders, deadlines and case statuses.<br>• Secure authentication — corporate login with role management (appraiser, coordinator, controller, manager).<br><br>WHO IS THE APPLICATION FOR?<br><br>Atlas is an internal business tool intended for registered appraisers, coordinators, controllers and heads of appraisal offices. Access requires a corporate account — there is no public registration.<br><br>PRIVACY AND SECURITY<br><br>All photos and documents are sent via encrypted channels to private business systems.
