A big goal is split into daily steps automatically, and the Today screen keeps a short list of what this particular day asks of you.
THREE KINDS OF GOALS
- Numeric — from 20 to 40: the app works out the target for each day and shows whether you are ahead of the plan or behind it.
- Weekly checklist — one set of items for Monday, another for Saturday.
- Manual status — for studying and practice, where what matters is that you showed up, not a number.
LONG-TERM GOALS
Set a deadline, up to five years out. Planner spreads the distance across your active weekdays and shows your pace: where you stand against the plan for today.
GOAL TREE
Break a large goal into sub-goals, and those into concrete recurring actions with a weekly schedule. Actions turn into tasks on the right days by themselves.
TODAY'S TASKS
Tick a task off, skip it, or move it to another day. Skipped work is not lost — it waits on a separate Unfinished screen. Completed work goes to history.
TASK LIST NOTIFICATION
A persistent notification shows today's tasks. A task with a time appears when its time comes and stays until you tick it off. You choose how many lines to show.
CALENDAR
Events with repeats (yearly, monthly, weekly), a reminder and a note. Birthdays, payments, appointments — next to your tasks instead of in a separate app.
BACKUP
All your data saves into a single file. Send it to yourself via messenger or cloud storage, and restore it on a new phone in one tap.
APPEARANCE
A background colour per screen, solid or gradient. Text contrast adjusts on its own.
TWO LANGUAGES
English and Russian, switched in settings. Only the interface changes — your own goal and task names stay exactly as you wrote them.
