However, multiple repeated reviews highlight severe problems with signing in, app crashes, endless loading, and inability to access coupons and rewards. Frequent uninstalling and reinstalling does not help, and recent updates have degraded the app's performance and usefulness, leading to significant user frustration.

THIS IS AN APP THAT BOOTS YOU OUT SO YOU CANNOT USE, ADD OR APPLY POINTS TO PURCHASES FOR SAVINGS!!! IN ADDITION, THERE IS A PENDING LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR DISCRIMINATION, BIAS IN HIRING!!! DO NOT USE THIS APP...IT IS A FRAUD- RIDDLED AGENT/COMPANY BASED IN PLANO TEXAS!!! I HAVE ENOUGH FOR $30 IN POINTS...THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCT. I AM CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF ILLINOIS AND THE F.C.C. FOR WIRE FRAUD AS WELL!

Downloaded and tried to use for out of state patients at participating hospital. Horrible experience. they never received the gifts. I put in for a refund. Hopefully, i will receive it.
