Código Fitness is a comprehensive training facility designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to improve their physical condition, take care of their health, and enjoy movement in a comfortable, modern, and motivating environment. Located in the city of La Plata, on Avenida Circunvalación at the corner of 71, between 117 and 118, the center stands out for its easy access and diverse range of activities.

The building has two spacious and functional floors, designed to optimize each discipline and provide a complete training experience. On the ground floor, there are two distinct studios: one for dance activities and choreography classes, and another equipped with aerobic machines such as stationary bikes, treadmills, and elliptical trainers, ideal for cardiovascular and endurance training.

The weight room is located on the first floor, equipped with the necessary machines and equipment for strength and conditioning training, allowing for routines suitable for both beginners and more experienced individuals.

The second floor features another dance studio, a versatile space where various activities take place, not only related to dance but also functional training and group disciplines that combine strength, coordination, and endurance.

Código Fitness offers a wide variety of activities, including Zumba, functional training, mini-trampoline, dancefit, rhythms, kickboxing, weight training, and FC Dance Group, allowing each person to find the discipline that best suits their goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
