## Description

The phone is already in your pocket at the shoot. Shootfile makes it the job book.

Every booking you take, moved through its life in one place - booked, shot, editing, delivered - with the three things photographers actually lose money on kept where the job is:

- The shot list. The shots you must not miss, section by section: prep, ceremony, portraits. Tick them off in the room.

- The delivery checklist. Cull the take, edit the selects, gallery up, album designed. What has to happen before the job counts as delivered.

- The rights register. Who may use what, where, for how long - uses, scope, term - recorded per client, per job, in writing.

And when the gallery goes live, Shootfile writes the client note for you, from the job's own facts - delivery notes, first-look reveals, rights confirmations. No account, no sync, no cloud: your whole book lives on your phone, and works at the venue with no signal.

THE JOB BOOK
- Clients and the people behind them: wedding, portrait, event, family, commercial.
- Every job's venue, date, fee, deposit and balance at a glance.
- One red light that means a job is live now - everything else stays quiet.

HONEST BY DESIGN
- Free: one active job, five clients. No card, no trial clock.
- Pro: a single yearly subscription - every job, every client, shot-list templates, the checklist library, and the live note engine.
- Notes are marked with the engine that wrote them. Nothing applies without you.

Privacy policy: https://loadcircle.co.uk/shootfile/privacy
Terms of use: https://loadcircle.co.uk/shootfile/terms
