## Description

Procurement is a field tool for landscaping and horticulture teams. It<br>lets procurement officers record plants at the nursery or on site, submit<br>them against project specifications, and track client approvals from one<br>place.<br><br>An account is required. Procurement is issued to staff and partners of<br>the operating company; it is not a general-purpose shopping app and has<br>no public sign-up.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO<br><br>• Work through assigned projects and their plant specifications<br>• See required quantities, approved counts and what remains outstanding<br>• Photograph and upload plants directly from the field, with location<br>  captured automatically<br>• Submit plants against a specification for client review<br>• Track approvals and rejections as they happen<br>• Read and reply to comments on individual plants<br>• Browse marketplace listings from approved suppliers<br>• Monitor deadlines and outstanding actions from the dashboard<br><br>BUILT FOR SITE WORK<br><br>Nurseries and project sites rarely have reliable signal. Plant uploads,<br>including photographs and GPS coordinates, are stored on the device when<br>you are offline and sent automatically once a connection returns. Nothing<br>is lost and nothing needs re-entering.<br><br>STAY INFORMED<br><br>Push notifications tell you when a client approves or rejects a plant you<br>submitted, and when comments are added. Opening a notification takes you<br>straight to the relevant item.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS<br><br>• An account provided by your organisation<br>• Camera access, to photograph plants<br>• Location access, to record where a plant was recorded<br><br>Procurement is part of the LeafPick platform, alongside companion apps<br>for customers and suppliers.
