Leadrin for Sales

Leadrin for Sales is the salesperson companion app for automotive dealerships using the Leadrin platform. A Leadrin business account is required.
This app is designed for dealership sales teams. It is not intended for end consumers shopping for a vehicle.

- Lead inbox: New leads appear instantly with a push notification. Tap any
lead to see the customer's name, vehicle of interest, and contact details.
- Video recording: Record a personalized walkaround or intro video directly
from the app. Videos attach to your customer's landing page so they get a
real face-to-face introduction before walking onto the lot.
- Photo uploads: Upload vehicle feature photos (interior, dashboard, wheels,
etc.) that appear on the customer's page.
- Follow-up drafts: AI-generated SMS and email drafts for follow-ups, ready
for you to review, edit, and send.
- Two-way SMS thread: Reply to customer texts directly from the app — every
message is tied to the lead so context never gets lost.
- Bookings: See upcoming test drives, get notified when a customer books, and
manage your calendar without leaving the app.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS.
- Video content is delivered over encrypted HLS streaming.
- You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Settings, or via leadrin.com/account-deletion.

REQUIREMENTS
- A Leadrin business account, provided by your dealership manager. The app
cannot be used without one.
- Camera and microphone access is requested only for recording walkaround and intro videos.
- Photo library access is requested only for uploading vehicle feature photos and a salesperson profile headshot.
