A queue to use the app because "demand is higher than usual"? That's rediculous, especially when once you're admitted it's still unusable and "the online store is unavailable". Why have an app at all if that's the user experience?

I was just placed in a queue to access the app. What a brutal technique for load management. No other business would consider this. Please LCBO, join the the 21st century. There are many solutions for managing variable workloads that do not require your users waiting in a queue for minutes
