2025-01-19	Vi*****	Don't know why I am not being able to login in the app I used my google account to log in and it shows logging in progress and generally it stop without logging in.Therfore i tried to used kopykitab website but it also so shows site cannot be reached is there any server problem for kopykitab or any other please try to resolve it

2024-04-16	RI*****	This app is really need to get better in annotations. For one highlight stroke we need to do multiple tasks it's time consuming and frustrating we can't even print or open this file in anathor application after paying full amount for book. It's just not right

Tried reaching to them from last 5 days but they have switched off their numbers. Not even replying on mail. Waste of time and money. It's a fraud app avoid installing.

If you're searching for your favorite books at discounted prices, you can trust this app. It offers many books for free and has a good user interface with many features like bookmarking, themes, etc. hi kopykitab team please check search feature. it is showing error "web page is not available"
2023-08-26	Na*****	I love this app but one thing that I don't like about app that e books are not updated they are old publishes, and underlined sentences feature don't work propery even searching keyword take a lot of time but all problem I keep aside my first priority is that please provide latest edition of book atleast not older than 2 year many books are 10 year old edition please update them. I am satisfied with this app but only these problem makes me to rate this lower. Please improve it.
2023-03-02	Ma*****	Worst experience ever. I recommend not to use their ebooks. Reason:- i purchased ebook (Upsc Epfo) that is too costly. When i open the text is so blur and unreadable. I also emailed to req my amount return within few min of purchasing but neither they replied nor their contact no. Not reachable. Their helpline no. Is always switch off I suggest don't use their service ever. It was my worst decision to ebook from them If kopykitab is reading this,kindly return amt 199/- if u really Apologized.🙏
2022-09-26	Ra*****	Have you even used your own app? I found a good book, purchased the ebook. But to read it offline I had to download the app. The app annotations, highlighters won't work, it get whole sentence highlighted. And some of the pages be on the night mode after applying day mode also. I have purchased a ebook which I cannot even read properly. Should have ordered the hard cover book but I relied on your app.
2021-07-16	al*****	Why do you need access to location and control phone calls? Its a eReader and study app should not need access to all these. After paying for the books I cannot see them on my phone because I don't want to give permission to access my Phone calls. Great work of ripping off students who pay for books and yet have to give you permission to sell their data. Minus 5 stars if possible.
2020-12-27	Go*****	Nice and easy to use, but I have observed one problem that both in desktop and mobile application, the text highlighter doesn't work properly for all the e-books, that's pretty annoying because I need to create notes by highlighting the text but it doesn't works properly and also you must add dark theme in your desktop application so that the reader enjoys his e-book without getting his eyes strained. Thank you!
