Ability to scan barcodes for price checking
App used to function well and was reliable for shopping

Frequent crashes and freezes, requiring users to reopen the app multiple times
Issues with adding items to the cart or the cart being empty at checkout
Poor navigation, including unintuitive back button functionality
Problems with password reset and account access
Inconsistent loading times and response from customer service

Recent reviews

(1) Something in the section of Pick up in store vs Ship to Home locks up the Add to Cart button and it keeps circling nonstop. If I REALLY want the item in my cart, I have to use the web version because it works, period. Before anyone from support starts asking, all my transactions are done on my phone. (2) Why can't I separate the Kohl's cash? They are bunched in one lump sum. The website, AGAIN, lets me pick and choose which to apply. App convenience isn't working for me. Website better.

The app is quite good, but one thing that could be improved is the scanning feature. When you scan an item, you can see it, but it doesn’t provide a lot of additional details. It would be wonderful if you could also view options like different colors and sizes. Making this change would truly enhance the experience. We appreciate your ongoing updates and improvements!
