Enable Developer Options
Go to Settings → About phone
Tap “Build number” 7 times until Developer Options are enabled
Add the Quick Settings tile
Swipe down twice to open Quick Settings
Tap the edit (✏️) button
Drag “Dev Options” into your active tiles
Tap the tile
Instantly opens Developer Options
