This bank has high fees and the app is not user-friendly. The AI assistant is not helpful and the fees are not clearly disclosed. Customer service is not helpful. Also they mine your data by default and share it with external companies. And they mask this under the marketing term "personalized experience". I don't like companies that are not transparent and ask yourself, do you want to keep your money with a bank that is not transparent?

QR code in their documents doesn't work with Payconiq, opening to-be-paid documents on their website renders a blanc page, KBC effectively coerces people into paying for a monthly fee by making it ridiculously convoluted to close one's account. In effect, KBC's leadership consists of sociopathic greedy crooks.
