You can also track the progress and processing of your reports and inquiries, as well as receive follow-up reports.<br><br>★ KB Asset Management Helpline Features<br>- Operated by an independent third-party company (Red Whistle) to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.<br>- Major financial institutions, large corporations, central administrative agencies, local governments, and public corporations in Korea use the Red Whistle Helpline.<br><br>★ Requirements for this Helpline<br>1. Guaranteed Anonymity<br>This system does not generate or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, preventing user tracking and ensuring anonymity.<br>2. Enhanced Security<br>This system is equipped with a firewall, hardware web firewall, and an intrusion detection system (IPS), and is monitored 24/7, 365 days a year. 3. Report Storage and Access Permissions<br>Reports and inquiries are stored directly on Red Whistle&#39;s secure server for security reasons, and only authorized personnel can access them.<br><br>★ Notes<br>- After submitting a report or inquiry, be sure to note the unique number (6 digits) assigned to you. Check the processing status a few days later to confirm the audit officer&#39;s response and progress.<br>- Be careful not to expose yourself.
