Import individual audio files, complete folders, supported archives, or an entire audiobook collection. VoxLib can scan nested folders and help organize multipart books automatically. You decide whether to copy files into your VoxLib library or link to files in their existing location: helping you avoid unnecessary duplicates!

Have a book split across multiple files? Use the experimental M4B creator to arrange the tracks, add a title, author, chapters, and cover art, and combine them into a single audiobook file.

Powerful playback controls

Enjoy a playback experience designed specifically for audiobooks:
• Adjustable playback speed
• Custom skip intervals
• Previous and next chapter controls
• A larger timeline for precise seeking
• Bluetooth, speaker, and earpiece output selection
• Bookmarks for quickly returning to important moments
• Audio highlights that can be quickly accessed
• Background playback with notification controls
• Optional automatic playback of the next audiobook

VoxLib can also respond to calls, navigation prompts, and other audio interruptions. Choose whether playback pauses and rewinds slightly or lowers its volume when possible.

Organize your entire collection

Search and filter your library by title, author, and listening status. Quickly identify books that are unplayed, in progress, or completed. Sort your files, edit book information, update cover art, group books by author, and manage multipart audiobooks directly from your Files page.

Flexible importing

VoxLib supports:
• Individual audio files and supported archives
• Audiobook and collection folders
• Nested folder scanning
• Device storage scanning
• Direct audio downloads
• open source catalog searches
• Multipart audiobook collections

Your library remains under your control. Book information, listening progress, bookmarks, highlights, and settings are stored directly on your device. Internet access is used only when you choose an online feature such as a direct download, opensource searching, or metadata lookup.

Backup and restore

Create a portable VoxLib backup containing your library information, settings, listening progress, bookmarks, highlights, and your managed audiobook files. Save the backup to a location you choose and restore it when moving to a new device!

Made for comfortable listening

VoxLib includes:
• Light and dark themes
• Data-use controls for Wi-Fi and mobile downloads
• Listening-status indicators
• Customizable playback and interruption settings
• Helpful tips and a first-launch tutorial
• A complete offline user guide built into the app

Whether you have one audiobook or an entire collection, VoxLib gives you the tools to import, listen, create, and manage everything from one straightforward app.

Import. Listen. Organize. Your library stays yours. ## Rankings - #3,427,151 — Overall ## Permissions and access ### Permissions - `android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE` - `android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE` - `android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC` - `android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK` - `android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PROCESSING` - `android.permission.INTERNET` - `android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS` - `android.permission.WAKE_LOCK` - `com.justinchronos.audiobook.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION` ## Similar extensions and apps - [BooksVox Audiobook Player](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.imikidas.booksvox) — 18,973 users, 4.68 / 5 - [VoxLibro: Text to Speech](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.avishkar.voxlibro) — 291 users - [Voxonet](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.seslikitap.mobile) - [Voxio - Аудиокниги](https://chrome-stats.com/d/bg.voxio.app) — 24 users - [Voxeli: Text to Speech Reader](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.voxeli.app) — 19 users - [LitVox](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.smartmicros.litvox) — 92 users - [VoxBook - Audiobook Localized](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.ipapps.voxbook) — 99 users - [Voxa - Audiobooks & E-books](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.wolfpackdigital.voxa) — 1,458,975 users, 4.40 / 5 - [Voice Audiobook Player](https://chrome-stats.com/d/de.ph1b.audiobook) — 735,892 users, 4.64 / 5 - [FolioVoice: Audiobook Player](https://chrome-stats.com/d/ca.alexgeorgy.foliovoice) — 23 users - [Audio Books Listen Library](https://chrome-stats.com/d/librivox.audio.books) — 1,519 users - [Public Audiobooks](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.leewannacott.libriaudire) — 229 users --- Source: [Chrome-Stats](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.justinchronos.audiobook)
