The below issue has been resolved by support. Although frustrating, they did fix the issue and all my data returned. I'm making this 4 stars, because game support does respond. Again, the below issue is now fixed. Last issue: I would normally give this 5 stars, but the "poor Network connection" is very frustrating. I can't import my data. I get poor Network connection every time I try to do anything, except play the starter ship. It's a great game when it works

I just re-downloaded the game, and I lost all my data. I tried to get it fixed, but in the settings, it just says poor network connection. Please check. I don't know why I thought it automatically saved your progress like in other games, and I bought stuff too, so please fix the issue so I don't have to ask for a refund for everything
