## Description

Structural Compass is a GPS-enabled field tool for Engineering Geologists and Geotechnical Engineers. It records dip, dip direction (magnetic), time and date, and GPS coordinates, saving results to a file that can be shared via email or Bluetooth.

The latest version adds logging of discontinuities and Excel-ready data export by splitting on spaces for easy analysis. Important: Android devices do not calibrate automatically—rotate the device to calibrate until the dip direction stabilizes when stationary. If the device's email app has issues, Gmail is recommended for sharing project files.
