## Description

General IoT controls JMBraga Systems automation devices — industrial and<br>residential — around one idea: what matters keeps working even when the<br>internet goes down.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO<br>• Switch outputs on and off (relays, pumps, lighting, gates) and follow the<br>  live state.<br>• Read sensors: temperature, pressure, water tank level in liters, analog<br>  inputs with the unit you choose.<br>• Create automations that run INSIDE the device: sensor thresholds,<br>  schedules, repeating cycles and analog mapping.<br>• Build a complete alarm central: sensor zones, outputs triggered on alarm,<br>  entry and exit delays and automatic re-arm.<br>• Group actions into scenes (&quot;leaving home&quot;, &quot;night mode&quot;) and fire them with<br>  one tap.<br>• Pin favorites to the home screen and get notifications per event type, with<br>  a dedicated sound for the alarm.<br><br>SAFETY THAT DOESN&#39;T DEPEND ON THE INTERNET<br>Every output has a safety timeout enforced by the device itself: even if the<br>off command never arrives, it switches off by itself after the time you set.<br>Automations and the alarm central run in the firmware — no cloud, no delay,<br>no dependency on your provider.<br><br>PROTECTED CONNECTION<br>End-to-end encrypted communication with server verification, biometric<br>unlock, and direct control over the local network when the internet fails.<br><br>SHARING<br>The installer configures; guests operate. Each person only sees the devices<br>shared with them.<br><br>IMPORTANT<br>This app works exclusively with devices manufactured by JMBraga Systems.<br>Devices are sold at jmbragasystems.com; purchases happen outside the app.
