| 2024-12-02 |  | | Nightmare. Attempted payment which failed, then received notification that the money has been taken even tho purchase wasn't complete, item sat in basket . Contacted JD and failed security checks even tho the details were what I used to set app account up. Disputed payment with my bank to get refunded. Luckily I took a screenshot of "transaction failed" during checkout. App deleted and account closed. |
