## Description

A professional community where you reach new heights by lifting each other<br><br>Proactivist is a referral network for software engineers &amp; PMs &amp; HRs who&#39;d like to get referrals to top product-based companies.<br><br>We give you 500 coins just by making an account.<br>As a candidate, for each referral request 100 coins will be deducted.<br>As a referrer, for each referral submission 100 coins will be deducted.<br><br>Earn coins, Spend coins!<br><br>Process<br><br>1. Sign up as a Referrer or Candidate and create a profile.<br>2. Search referrers by name or company.<br>3. Enter a job link (from career portal or linkedin) and apply (100 coins will be deducted).<br>4. Referrer will receive notification for the application.<br>5. Referrer will decide if the candidate is fit for the job role and will ACCEPT/REJECT.<br>6. Chat with the referrer/candidate regarding the application.<br>7. If profile is accepted, then the referrer will upload a picture of the referral portal showing the successful submission of referral.<br>8. Our team will verify the same and transfer 100 coins to the referrer.<br>9.
