## Review summary

The most repeated complaints are crashes and freezing, slow performance, and unreliable tickets and maps/GPS. Connectivity and syncing issues are especially disruptive for field workers, and some reviews report lost work after crashes. A few users value the app’s field-service and work-order features, and say it can work well when service is reliable.

### Pros

- Provides useful field-service features, including viewing work orders, managing workflows, and responding to excavators.
- Some users report that it works well when service and syncing are reliable.

### Cons

- Frequent crashes, freezes, and lockups disrupt work.
- Slow loading and lag affect tickets, tabs, updates, and maps.
- Tickets can fail to open or load correctly, and work orders may be missing or reappear after closure.
- Maps and GPS are unreliable, with reports of maps failing to load and location routing working inconsistently.
- Connectivity and syncing problems, plus cumbersome steps, make field work frustrating; some users also report losing work after crashes.
