2023-08-10	Vi*****	The email function on the mobile application simply doesn't work or respond to the touch on the screen, and there is no reply option. Not to mention the flaws with texting, etc. Quite disappointed overall, given that this is supposed to be a convenient tool for the day to day and make the job easier. In my experience, it has only done the opposite. Yes, I have updated recently, and within the last 3 years of ATTEMPTING to use this app, I've found it to be nothing but useless
