## Review summary

Users find the Kitap app generally useful and enjoyable for reading and listening to audiobooks. However, multiple users experience login and registration problems, especially without a Kazakhstan phone number. There are frequent app crashes and complaints about limited features compared to the website, such as missing filters and search navigation. Subscription activation issues also appear problematic. Users desire improvements like landscape mode, better offline reading, and fixing grammatical errors in books. Overall, while the app's concept is praised, technical and usability issues reduce user satisfaction.

### Pros

- The app provides a good reading experience with access to favorite audiobooks.
- Users appreciate the general quality and convenience of the application.
- Supports audiobook listening which is valued by users.
- Good idea and useful for business, investment, management, and self-development books (suggested).

### Cons

- Difficulties logging in and registering, especially if the phone number is not local (+7 Kazakhstan).
- App crashes or closes unexpectedly when opening books or searching.
- Limited functionality compared to website: lacks filtering by genre and multi-page navigation during searches.
- Subscription issues: some users paid but did not get access to books.
- Lack of landscape mode for reading and the app not preventing phone from sleeping during reading.
