## Description

Scan2CCMS is a mobile app developed to assist all BSNL Circles/SSAs to scan and upload the existing paper <br>CAFs available at discrete locations like CSC, SDCAs and SSA locations. While BSNL HQ instructed all paper <br>CAFs to be brought in to centralized location for CAF scanning purpose, SSAs have expressed limitations on <br>physical movement of CAFs, movement of staff, their TA/DA expenses and disturbance in their day-to-day <br>work. <br>To enable all SSAs, INTENSE has developed Scan2CCMS mobile app that will help SSAs to locate the paper <br>CAFs, scan capture their photos and upload them into CCMS (Centralized CAF Management System) to <br>electronically store the CAF PDFs to meet their TERM cell audit and LEA demands. <br>All CSC staff are entitled to download this app and access this app using their HRMS number to register as <br>user with OTP authentication. Once the user is created and logged in, the user can add the CAFs by capturing <br>documents available in physical CAF available at CSC/SSA location.
