A few reviewers praise the app as easy to use, but positive feedback is limited. The most repeated complaints are that the app fails to open or crashes, users cannot log in or create accounts, navigation is confusing, and updates have left some Android users unable to use it.

### Pros

- Some users find the app easy to operate and navigate, and say it helps them complete volunteer tasks quickly.

### Cons

- Many users report login or account-setup difficulties, including rejected credentials and no clear way to register.
