## Review summary

Reviews are overwhelmingly negative. The most repeated complaints are that the app won't open or run, that email registration and password steps fail, that the SD card or device isn't recognized (often with unsafe-removal restart prompts), that instructions are confusing, and that customer service doesn't resolve problems. Several users say they wasted money and want refunds. Only isolated positives appear, such as one user praising fast backups and another saying it works with a Samsung S20, so no pros are mentioned across multiple reviews.

### Cons

- Email registration and password problems block account setup
- SD card or device not recognized, with repeated unsafe-removal restart prompts
- Instructions are unclear and do not match what the app shows
- Customer support is unhelpful or unresponsive, and users ask for refunds
