Digital Compass is a precision navigation toolkit with four powerful modes — compass, AR overlay, Qibla finder, and metal detector — all in one beautifully designed app.
🧭 COMPASS
A smooth, accurate magnetic compass with real-time bearing display. Switch between Magnetic North and True North with a single tap — True North uses your GPS location to apply the correct magnetic declination automatically.
Choose from 31 hand-crafted colour themes. Advanced overlays show magnetic field strength, acceleration vectors, orientation angles, and sensor accuracy. Prefer a cleaner look? Enable Simple Mode to hide all overlays.
📷 AR COMPASS OVERLAY
Hold up your phone and see your surroundings overlaid with a live heading tape, horizon line, and bearing bar — directly on the camera feed. Navigate intuitively by looking through your phone. Perfect for hiking, orienteering, photography scouting, and outdoor navigation.
🕌 QIBLA FINDER
Know your prayer direction anywhere in the world. A pointer orbits a Kaaba icon and rotates in real time as you turn — always facing Mecca. The moment your phone aligns, the ALIGNED badge glows green and a haptic pulse confirms it.
Shows bearing in degrees and exact distance to Mecca in km. Works worldwide using precise great-circle calculations. No internet required once GPS locks.
🧲 METAL DETECTOR
Detect metal objects and magnetic anomalies using your phone's built-in magnetometer. An animated arc gauge shows real-time field strength. Useful for finding wall studs and pipes, locating buried metal, checking for magnetic interference, and general exploration.
🌐 GPS DATA TILE
A live tile on the compass screen shows your current speed (km/h) and altitude (m), updated from GPS in real time.
🏠 HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
Add a compass rose widget to your Android home screen. Available in small, medium, and large sizes — see your current heading at a glance without opening the app.
⚡ BATTERY & PERFORMANCE
Energy Saving Mode reduces sensor polling to preserve battery during long trips. It activates automatically below 20% battery, or enable it manually. Keep Screen On prevents the display from sleeping while you navigate.
📳 HAPTIC FEEDBACK
Feel it when you hit North, East, South, or West. A separate haptic pulse fires when the Qibla finder aligns. All haptic feedback can be toggled off in Settings.

Every theme touches every part of the UI — compass rose, AR overlay, metal detector arc, Qibla ring, and all accents. Switch instantly from Settings.
