2025-01-28	Rajesh Rao “raj” Motikari	Very worst app not showing real time price for index and always hanging, I am stuck for opening demate account in this company. Please advise your friends l, relatives not to open demate account in infoline wrost customer service as well. I have lost 30 k from the iifl server excuted the trade even not showing the order book once placed. And after opening tickets they are saying technical glitch by avoiding into the real problem in there server.

2025-01-24	Arul Raj	IIFL Fraudulent on Brokerage If you've good knowledge in options trading please don't ever use this app, the brokerage for buy/sell is per lot not per order as in grow or dhan. Most important thing is don't ever take the options trading call which they give and we always ended up in loss because they'll give trading call which benefits them to gain more brokerage not that we make profit and the app is worst one in terms of placing GTT order for buy and sell which never place properly.
2025-01-22	Roop Ramnani	the app was down the entire day on 22nd January 2025 . Even if that happens just once a year and that too for entire day ...and on a day when the markets have deeply corrected , you are done. Fully dependent on access to either laptop or web page to monitor position ( in a mobile world you may not have access to laptop ) to execute trade the only option is being dependant on iifl trading desk to execute trade. it may happen with other companies well for a few mins ...entire day? come on...
2025-01-22	ram chandra	Day by day become a worst application. Not connecting to the server inbetween the trade. Resulting, occuring huge loss. IIFL team says non sense answers to escape, they suppose to bear the loss for this issue, no RM & no response from IIFL. Need to give the complaint to authority.
2025-01-22	Dᴇᴠᴇɴᴅʀᴀ DAAKE	I found every uncertainty in market IIFL Mobile application not work. 📌 Ever time i reported to technical time but they're not agree 📌 So this platform is worst to use. I update it's again 22-01-2025 App not working
2025-01-22	yuvraj sahu	Very poor app everytime shows server error position is taken and its shows login again continuously lagging without any reason how traders will take a trade????worst experience first improve your dashboard and lagging issues.. not recommended very poor services..👎
2025-01-22	Tejaswi Mishra	Worst application ever. My brokerage is 10 rupees by 10 rupees sale per lot but it deduct more than it. And when I withdrawal my money. When I add money 2000 in Demat account and then I withdrawal it withdrawal only 200 rupees. And rest of the money will not appear in the Demat wallet. Now I am going to complain in SEBI for fraud with me for brokerage charger extra charges and money deduct in wallet. An application is very slow always logout after 10 minutes my position is stuck.
2025-01-22	mehta bhagyesh	Very worst application. Some times its causing a log-in issue, some times refreshing issues during trading , and we are loolsing money. Additionally, the message is for application developers. Don't use live applications for testing on weekdays .it should not happen.
2025-01-22	pravin shirke	Why was this update released? Why is the estimation section under research tab being removed??? I had bought research feature due to that functionality only. Please restore original app back. 22 jan 2025: With new released rolled out I am not able to login to app or web app after keying password it timesout in web portal and it timesout on otp in mobile app. Plz fix the issues as I am not able to use the app and I am blocked.
