## Review summary

The recurring complaints are failed registration and login, missing or incomplete translations, login requirements, and intrusive ads that can make the app crash or stall. A few users appreciate the companion features, but the usability and access problems overshadow those positives.

### Pros

- Some users find the app a useful companion for the headphones, with features such as battery status, EQ, and ANC controls.

### Cons

- Account registration is a major obstacle: verification codes often do not arrive, and users report being unable to register or log in.
- The app has inadequate language support; much of the interface is in Chinese, with some content reported in Japanese and no clear language switch.
- Users object to being required to log in to use headphones connected by Bluetooth, and some report that visitor access is unavailable.
- Ads appear when opening the app; users say they can lead to crashes or endless loading.
