A story point is a relative measure used in Agile software development, especially in the Scrum framework, to estimate the complexity of user stories or tasks.

Agile teams use story points as a unit of measure to represent the size, difficulty, or work required to complete a specific user story.

This relative approach facilitates discussion and collaboration among team members.

Here are some key concepts of Scrum:

Scrum : Agile development framework that is used to manage complex projects. It is based on an iterative and incremental approach, in which the work is organized in cycles called Sprints.

Slick : Agile methodology that defines the new standard for the management of innovative projects with total control of costs and margins.
Roles:
- Scrum master: Responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, removing obstacles, and ensuring that the team complies with Scrum principles and practices
- Development Team : professionals who carry out the product development work
- Stakeholder : individuals or groups who have a direct or indirect interest in the product being developed

The app manages the virtual rooms that participants can access in order to vote. Each virtual room is created and managed by the Project Leader (with the role of Scrum Master in Agile jargon) - abbreviated PL - who dictates the voting times and discussion dynamics. The team meets in virtual or hybrid form, using the traditional video conference channels used in the company.

The PL activates the room (random four-digit number) via the APP and all users present in the meeting connect to the same room using their mobile device.
The deck of cards can be of two types: Agile Poker or Custom.
The Custom deck is created based on a range of integer values ​​chosen by the Project Leader.

At each vote, users have the opportunity to choose their "card", i.e. their vote, and can confirm.
The user who decides to change card before the conclusion of the vote, has the possibility to select another card.
The cards handed in, apart from one's own, are shown turned over and are only revealed once the voting has ended.
