MindMeds is a mobile app designed specifically to support people with mental health conditions to<br>manage their medicines and keep a diary of their wellbeing.<br><br>Key features include:<br>- customisable reminders for all your medications in line with your prescribed plan<br>- a diary for you to record and keep track of your wellbeing and any symptoms you experience<br>- space where you can record any test results<br>- alerts if you enter medication doses outside of your prescribed plan<br>- reminders for doctors’ and other appointments<br>- easy access to various side effect rating scales where you can record your side effects, such as GASS, LUNSERS, ASEC and others<br>- graphical representation of data you entered to better understand health changes over time<br>- total data privacy and security - your data is stored exclusively on your mobile device and protected with PIN or biometrics<br>- option to export your data and send a report to a healthcare professional<br><br>Please note: this app is not intended to be used as a medical device.
