eSarkar is a specialized Android application designed exclusively for Government of Gujarat employees to manage their official work efficiently. Accessible only through the GSWAN network using pre-issued e-સરકાર credentials, the app supports both English and Gujarati languages, giving users a flexible preference setting.

Key features include an advanced dynamic dashboard showcasing graphical representations of pending tasks, capabilities to act on e-tappal, MP/MLA/GOI references, as well as file approvals. The app facilitates scheduling and managing appointments and meetings, along with access to meeting details, committees, and MOMs. It also supports handling public grievances, RTI disposals, venue booking under the cabinet branch, and provides updates on government awards.

Moreover, the app integrates modules for tracking and acting on LAQ, audit paras, legal court cases, and includes access to circulars, acts, and resolutions published by the government or departments. By reducing reliance on physical files, eSarkar streamlines workflows and accelerates decision-making processes for government employees.
