## Description

Heroes Teams is the internal communication app for hotel teams using Heroes PMS.<br><br>Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and management: everyone gets the right information at the right time, without relying on personal messaging apps.<br><br>TEAM: chat with your whole staff<br>Conversations are grouped by hotel group, so you reach colleagues across all your properties in one thread. Send photos and files, or share content from any app.<br><br>CHANNELS: one thread per topic<br>Create topic channels (#maintenance, #improvements, #planning…) and decide who can see them: the whole hotel group or selected members only. Permissions are managed through your Heroes PMS roles.<br><br>TASKS: stay on top of hotel tasks<br>See the tasks for your hotels, filter them by property, discuss each one and create new ones in seconds.<br><br>PTT: a walkie-talkie in your pocket<br>Hold the button and talk to your team in real time, like a walkie-talkie. Useful for a room that needs releasing, a technical emergency or an arriving guest.<br><br>Notifications you won&#39;t miss<br>Push notifications alert you as soon as a message concerns you, even when the app is closed.<br><br>Connected to Heroes PMS<br>Sign in with your Heroes PMS account: your hotels, colleagues and permissions are already set up. There&#39;s nothing to configure or invite.<br><br>Heroes Teams is for Heroes PMS customer properties only. An active Heroes PMS account is required.
