I have no issues with adding money to my kids account. The problem is when I need to transfer the kids money over to a new district or account. I would have to call the School district to cash out the remaining balance, add to my bank, then add it back to my kids account. If they can fix that part, I will up my rating.

I have used the app most of the school year and for the past 2 months it has stopped working. I uninstalled in a reinstalled but I still have the same problem. When I open the app it just stays on a white screen with the app icon in the center. Nothing happens past that, even if I wait it out for 10 minutes.
