## Review summary

Users find HonkMobile convenient and easy for paying parking and value pay-from-anywhere capabilities. However, many reviews cite recurring reliability problems (crashes, 404s, and zone loading issues), payment friction (credit card requirements, cards not saved, and payment failures), pricing concerns (per-hour charges higher than machines and potential misrepresentation), and a tedious multi-step flow that makes extending time difficult.

### Pros

- Convenient and easy to use for paying parking
- Pay from anywhere and save time compared with parking machines
- Positive sentiment about the app's basic functionality when it works

### Cons

- Frequent reliability issues (outages, 404 errors, zones not loading)
- Payment setup and processing problems (credit card requirements, cards not saved, payment options rejected)
- Pricing concerns and perceived overcharges / misleading pricing relative to on-site machines
- Tedious workflow with many steps and difficult-to-use confirmation for parking
- Difficulty extending time / managing duration within the app
