2025-01-06	Rhett Hunter “Cheese Doodle” Weathers		Terrible. Seriously want to throw this piece of garbage in the trash and get a different brand. WiFi will not connect. Even Ethernet disconnects and deletes the camera and all settings. No alarms.from equipment or phone notifications. Will not connect to email. Junk. I have spent hours of frustration trying to trouble shoot this and it is pointless.
2024-06-14	R B (The Fixer The Builder)		26Jun22 review. Impossible to get FTP working. Why can't an app programer write DETAILED instructions??? Review after update 9-Feb-22-- Shows "Wrong Password" error in red but there is no way to change password because it refuses to connect to camera, will not work without location permission. Old Review before update--Works but motion detection settings are very basic.
2023-06-10	DC “DCore Fitness”		Stopped working for a while. During that time, some jerk caused a LOT of damage to my Jeep. My guess is that they knew the camera wasn't working because the motion light hadn't been on in a while. I ended up getting some mediocre cam to replace it, and it was way too sensitive.. I got notifications 24/7. Decided to give this bad boy another boot after about 5 months, and it worked. I can't deny the HD picture quality. It's pretty crisp. I can finally get some good sleep!!
2022-08-16	Soullaidbare 77		App is basic. Does what it needs to do. Nothing exciting. Usually don't have many issues with it. My biggest issue is you can't edit the camera listing to how you want it. I want to list the cameras in a certain order by area, and you can't. The order you installed is the order they show up in the app. Other apps, you can edit the cameras list to the order you want. Also, no way to speed up a footage. If you are playing back a 5 minute recorded clip, you can't double speed the playback.
2022-07-16	Beaser Hendrix		After reading the other reviews I was shocked because I had no issues at all, the app recognized my cameras quickly and easily. As long as you're on the same wifi network as the camera you're setting up you shouldn't have any issues. This app is well done! I would love to have the capability of swiping through cameras or viewing multiple cameras at once, I would even pay for it as DLC, happily.
2021-04-21	Joseph Campbell		The app isn't very user friendly. It isn't a set up and go. In order to get the most effective use out of this app, it requires a lot of technical know how that the average person isn't going to know. For example, to set up sending images and recordings to an email while you are away requires more than just inputting your email. It requires knowing your smtp server and server port among other things. Things like that keep the app and cameras from being user friendly.
2020-02-27	A Google user		Doesn't work consistently. When it does, it's great! Even has a setting to record 15min intervals with or without motion detection& saves online not to your phones memory, as well as notify you via email. Love the microphone feature to tslk to people on the camera from your phone(if your camera has a microphone) but after I reset wifi router- its detected but wont connect. & in my network router settings, now there are "ghosts" devices & camera worked via LAN!? its wrlss-yet isnt detctd on wifi?
2019-12-24	A Google user		Not an up to date app. The video playback function is not reliable at all. It only allows you to play one clip at a time before it crashes or before you have to adjust the specific date and time again. I've had this for a couple years for a business camera. I hope they make some positive changes to the app.
2019-12-09	A Google user		I like the camera, it is exceptional. The camera is only as good as the app that works it, but this app needs some work. The siren alarm in the 'action with alarm' area under the 'alarm ringing linkage...' just keeps going on and on and on forever - I have to turn it off, isn't it supposed to be according to the motion detection only? - needs fixing. What sensitivity sets the alarm off (in the alarm setting area) - 10 20 30? Thanks for considering these things for the future - meanwhile I have to turn it off.
2019-11-15	A Google user		This is good app, but has to be improved. Motion detection: 1. Notifications works, but only if I open app, I getting it for a 20-30 minutes, after looks like app go sleep, or lost connection with camera, and no notifications any more. 2. If someone walking around, example my wife, notifications coming every second, need some timer to reduce this amount to "no more than every 30 sec, or 1 min".
