However, multiple users report serious bugs with keyboard flickering, crashes, and difficult login processes undermining usability. Despite allowing user-added numbers, frequent crashes and login loops have frustrated many, compounded by poor support. Though some bugs have been acknowledged and fixed, stability remains a concern, leaving users resentful but reliant due to the app's otherwise valuable functions.

Recent reviews

Previous issue is now fixed so updated this review. Was having difficulty with a flickering screen making the app unusable. I contacted customer service who alerted their engineers. New update has solved the problem.

Exactly as the review below. This used to be a great app. It has just taken me a ridiculous amount of time to sign back into it. The keyboard then flickered constantly rendering the app useless and had I not seen the review below (thank you) and enabled notifications I would never have resolved this. It is so useful for work that I still use it but resentfully now
