## Description

HearingTest is a smartphone application designed to help users conduct basic hearing tests at-home. The test was developed in collaboration with one of the biggest medical research universities of the world. We designed this application to be intuitive and as accurate as possible, so that it can be helpful even for those who are not very computer savvy or literate. The application was thoroughly tested in clinical settings at the hospital and feedback was used to improve the application. The results obtained from this testing are very promising and have been recently published in a leading peer-reviewed medical journal. We make no guarantees on its accuracy as it also depends on the user. Our purpose is to help all those millions of users who currently live in remote areas of the world and do not have access to an otolaryngologist or and audiologist. We strongly recommend sharing the results with a healthcare professional before making any healthcare diagnoses.
