HBT Core is an internal application for Headboss Treatment employees. It is not for general customers: accounts are created by management, and self-registration is not available.<br><br>Features are displayed according to each staff member&#39;s role.<br><br>JOB BOARD<br>- Hairdressers and therapists view the queue and today&#39;s bookings<br>- Booking confirmation, service start, and handover between providers<br>- Time blocks to prevent customers from booking at specific times<br><br>ABSENSE<br>- Clock-in and clock-out with facial verification<br>- Site checks to ensure attendance is recorded at the branch<br>- Attendance history and monthly recap<br><br>WALLET<br>- Commission details for services performed<br>- Tips received and their status<br>- Cash advance submission and history<br><br>ADMINIST AND CASHIER<br>- Branch dashboard: queue, ongoing services, and pending payment<br>- Customer arrival verification via QR code or scan<br>- Stock usage approval and inter-branch delivery receipt<br><br>CLEANING<br>- Submitting consumables from branch stock<br><br>PARTNERS<br>- Daily profit-sharing report with sales trend graph<br>- Details by service, product, and beverage category<br>- Branch invoice list<br><br>The app sends notifications for new bookings, walk-in queues, attendance reminders, and approval results.<br><br>Privacy note: The app uses the camera for attendance photos and location information to ensure attendance is taken at the branch. The data is used solely for Headboss Treatment operational purposes.
