## Description

EZcare (EZ Inspections) is a user-friendly mobile app designed specifically for field representatives such as housekeepers, maintenance contractors, and inspectors to efficiently manage and complete jobs while on site. It provides features like stop routing, detailed order info, checklists with multimedia support, urgent issue reporting, and real-time team communication via in-app messaging.

The app works offline to support uninterrupted fieldwork, syncing data with the cloud once internet access is available. Users can also scan inventory items, collect resident signatures, upload invoices or timesheets, and send estimated completion times to offices. EZcare requires a company EZ admin web account for activation and is not intended for mortgage field service reps, who should use the industry-specific version available at ezinspections.com/app.
