The app has great potential but fails at executing a great user experience. Some features are broken like the feedback section which allows you to upload and tell the developer all about your concerns, only for the app to create a zip file which then doesn't explain where to send it? Additionally trying to get a hold of customer support is near impossible. If Kasta want to compete and stay in the smart home automation game, this app needs an overhaul.
