Meet Hana Capital&#39;s convenient helpline application<br><br>Anytime, anywhere real-time convenient helpline reporting and compliance inquiries<br>It is also possible to check the progress and processing of reports and inquiries and follow-up reports.<br><br>★ Features of Hana Capital Helpline<br>- It is operated by an independent third-party professional company (Red Whistle) to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.<br>- About 500,000 employees of 150 companies including major financial institutions, large corporations, central administrative agencies, local governments and public corporations in Korea use the Red Whistle Helpline.<br><br>★ What this Helpline applies to<br>1. Guaranteed Anonymity<br>This system does not generate or maintain an internal access log containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, so users cannot be traced and anonymity is guaranteed.<br>2. Security enhancement<br>Firewall, hardware web firewall, and intrusion detection system (IPS) are applied to this system, and security control works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.<br>3. Report storage and access rights<br>Reports and inquiries are stored directly on Red Whistle&#39;s secure server for safety, and only those in charge of handling the report can access it.<br><br>★ Notice<br>- Be sure to take note of the unique number (6 digits) given after submitting the report or inquiry form, and check the response and progress of the auditor through processing confirmation a few days later.<br>- Be careful not to expose yourself.
