Sepsis criteria

This app is a checklist based on the 2012 "Surviving Sepsis Campaign" diagnostic criteria for sepsis which can be found in this document: http://content.guidelinecentral.com/guideline/get/pdf/3525 - the creator of this app has no affiliation with the research group. It's just a convenient reminder of what to check when sepsis is suspected. Any suggestions for improvement are very welcome.
