## Review summary

Users appreciate the app's quality tour content and offline availability for discovering historical and cultural sites. However, many report frequent crashes during playback or downloads, cumbersome user interface after updates, unresponsive audio controls, and non-functional map links. Overall, despite its potential, the app suffers from instability and usability issues that impact the touring experience negatively.

### Pros

- Provides good quality and interesting tour content
- Allows offline tours and downloadable local content
- Great for free tours around specific locations (e.g., Ireland)
- Offers informative audio tours for famous landmarks (e.g., Hagia Sophia, ancient towns)

### Cons

- App crashes frequently, especially when trying to play tours or download audioguides
- User interface is confusing with layout issues and downloads needing to be repeated
- Audio controls are unresponsive and app performance is laggy during playback
- Map links within tours do not function properly
- Tours may have dry, monotone commentary that doesn't sync well with user pace
