eHotel Grinpass is the access app for guests of hotels and vacation rentals managed with Grinpass. Open your accommodation door directly from your mobile phone with your booking code: no need to collect keys, go to reception, or wait.<br><br>Designed especially for emergency access. When the building&#39;s gateway or internet connection fails, eHotel unlocks the door directly via Bluetooth from your phone, so you&#39;re never locked out.<br><br>HOW IT WORKS<br>- Enter your booking code (sent by the host in the access link).<br><br>- Hold your phone near the lock, within one meter, and tap to unlock via Bluetooth.<br><br>- No internet? Scan the QR code displayed on the host&#39;s panel for access.<br><br>FEATURES<br>- Direct Bluetooth (BLE) opening between your phone and the lock, independent of the building&#39;s connection.<br><br>- Emergency mode for when the gateway or internet is unavailable.<br><br>- Offline access via QR code. - Valid only during your booking dates.<br><br>- Compatible with apartment doors, gates, and garages equipped with Grinpass.<br><br>eHotel Grinpass doesn&#39;t use physical keys: your access is your booking. Simple, secure, and always available.<br><br>This app is a complement to the Grinpass/eHotel system for properties managed with that platform.
