They have pathetic service. They don't refund your money if you cancel ride just after booking. I have booked one ride for next day but due to change in plan I have cancelled booking 15 mins after booking. They show policy of full refund before 1 hour of ride time. I have cancelled 22 hrs before ride time still they didn't refunded my money. No response from customer service neither on call nor on email. Never book cabs from this company.
