Goyzer Inspection is designed to help property managers conduct inspections from their mobile phones.<br>The Goyzer inspect is connected to the Goyzer Real estate management system which allows your inspection <br>results to be communicated to the core system in real time. <br>You can take pictures of rooms and items and give ratings according to the condition of the property.<br>You can also create separate notes of either the item or the overall condition of the property.<br>Preview of the whole inspection can we viewed before getting a sign off from the tenant which allows <br>complete transparency in the whole process.<br>Creating Inspection templates are a walk in the park and can be customized as per each individual <br>situation and property. <br>All inspection templates are saved and shared automatically with all the relevant parties involved.
