2025-01-28	santhosh kumar	I paid settlement amount but in app still it is showing active, how many days you want to update app , worst app no response nothing , simply these people are cheating customer , these app people are hacking the phone number they are calling to that number, This is FRAUD APP , i paid settlement amount nearly 3 months ago but in app still showing active, such worst ALL CUSTOMER I REQUEST be careful from this app
2025-01-08	Vijay Reddy	Hi im using this app since last 2yrs and im very much thanks full for the loan service provided due to some delay in payment as i have paid comeplete loan amount im continuously getting calls and threatening msgs like nude pics from your executives and very rude behaviour for the loyal customer get this stopped immediately
2025-01-07	shanmukha A	Worst loafers loan app don't take loan in this app, after piad loan in app it's showing due and for that thay will add charges, no support for any problems, Frocesclouse also very difficult to do close. Once loan taken menas your in trap. Last 15day i am trying to close loan but not getting any details from this app.
2025-01-06	Vivek Baliyan	I am using this application from a while, it is quite good, however, when it comes to connect to the customer service than there is no option. The help email id is also not active. I want to foreclose the ongoing loan, however, after raising multiple queries via mobile application, no response at all. Very poor customer service.
2024-12-12	Kartik Honavar	Worst customer service. Not replying to any emails. All EMIs paid and last EMI paid on 3rd Dec but still loan 7458382 showing as active in application. No due certificate is not issued yet and also, not updated in CIBIL. Kindly close and provide Non due certificate at the earliest

2024-10-26	Harish Ramchander	first reply to my email as per the conversation I had with you agent, your grievances te is pathetic and dont know how to address customer issue. . 26/10/24. for how many times the emi was bounced. hardly once or twice I remember. but every month wantedly you people are delaying auto debit. I have all the email and message proofs. first thing pls learn replying to customer email on time. I'm still awaiting for thr revert from u my last email sent to u on exactly 3 days back.
