2025-01-27	Gp Kp	SCAM ALERT! I purchased a subscription I no longer use because my spectrum basic steaming has more variety at half the cost. I called to cancel and was told that unless I have access to my old Google account from over a year ago, I would not be able to cancel and would have to pay indefinitely. One option was to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but even after doing so I was charged again the following month. Every other streaming service offers options to canceling.
2025-01-26	Katrina	App is awful. Need to close and restart any time a show changes to get the guide to update to the new time. No way to see who is watching or log out of all devices - we have 3 concurrent streams on the plan but can only ever use 2 because 3rd gets kicked off. They want us to pay for for unlimited. Total scam. Customer service is outsourced and awful. Go with ANY other app and live to provider. So mad it's the only option for NFL - it is engineered to 75% - still too many bugs and flaws.
2025-01-25	Jake Crosby	I would give this app 5 stars if one issue was fixed that has been happening for YEARS. Every time I open the app, after I start the show and turn my phone sideways, it only plays audio and continues to show the black screen. This forces me to clear the app from my recents and reopen it every single time that I try to watch something. This has been happening for years and I've submitted multiple tickets and emailed support with no change.
2025-01-24	J Haltom	With as many price increases as they've had, you'd think they could create a more dependable app. The app has gotten ridiculously buggy lately. I have to force close the app every time I open it now. I pick a show, try to watch it, then when the phone rotates, it switches to some other show and won't play anything else until the app is force closed and relaunched. Do y'all even do any quality testing at all???? If you can't fix the app, I've got to bounce. This is getting ridiculous.
2025-01-23	Davey Jones	It hasn't worked right since we got it months ago.. After months, I still can't get customer service to help even though they know about it not working for me. I finally asked for a supervisor . That was about a week ago. I figured if I rated it terrible like it deserved (especially for the high cost), I might get a response. We'll see. Don't download! Run from this app because the customer service is abysmal. P.S. The same problem has happened on 2 cell phones,roku tv, a roku ultra,ANDgoogletv
2025-01-22	Matthew Melanson	Worst App Ever!!! YouTube TV by itself is fine, but the app is the worst I've ever used. If you leave it open on your phone for a while or try playing something else after it's been left running in the background, it will just black out and play audio when you return to it. You have to completely close the app and then open it back up to make it work correctly.
2025-01-18	David	The service capability is really good. That is the ability to record shows and watch them when it's convenient. But I only watch a small amount of the content and the price keeps increasing. I canceled the service yesterday. It's too costly compared to the benefit it provides. Just not compelling at this price.
2025-01-16	Martin Farrell	Verify location has come up on ALL of my TV's. I've verified or checked them and they all have the correct location area. Their is no phone number to contact anyone. The supposed live chat doesn't work. I've left numerous messages in different areas and NO RESULT. Going to be switching to another carrier.
2025-01-14	King David	01.13.25 Edit: soooo now all of a sudden nearly every time I'm out of even in the house the app doesn't allow me to watch things on the app without restarting my phone. And even after that in a lot of cases now...it just says "oops something went wrong" and yet still doesn't work more than 80% of the time now following their recent price increase!!!
2025-01-12	Robert Olive	This is a very good television streaming app, but with obvious shortcomings with regard to features available on YouTube for many years. The most glaring for me are the inability to clear the viewing screen of the functions banner at the bottom on pause, and the lack of an ability tocontrol playback speed or at least have a slow mo feature for replay like that included as a basic feature on most major TV providers. Frequent price leaps far above COL is usual corporate greed/rape.
